Princess Birthday Tea Party
Why? for a precious, innocent moment to remember.
How? pretty dresses, crafts, healthy food and traditional fun.
What? Beautiful shabby chic venue, accessorised with ivory and white ... lace, pearls and all things pretty!
To begin
On arrival the 'Birthday Girl' and 9 of her friends are given a choice of gown and tiara from the magic wardrobe. Once dressed up the 'Birthday Princess' and her friends are seated and take time to decorate their tiara's and make their very own fans to accessorise their beautiful dresses.
Lunch is served
Once the girls are ready and seated, a beautiful tea party is served as the theme continues. Pretty lunch bags (with a healthy theme) low fat crisps, and low sugar squash with pretty little cup cakes to finish.
To conclude
Traditional fun and games, pass the parcel, pin the tail on the pony & musical statues... with a group photo to finish.
How it all works...
1. Full payment is required on booking.

2. The 'Birthday Princess' will be sent invites to send to her girlfriends. ( I am sorry but parties do not cater for boys). Once sent and replied to I will need a confirmed list of names and dress sizes and consent for a group picture of the princesses looking their best.
3. Dresses are available in all sizes to cater for smaller or bigger Princesses. All girls attending will be required to wear a vest with their pants and to bring a pair of pale tights and cardigan (white, ivory or pastel if possible). If it is a warm day, vest with pants will still be required but tights and cardigans will not, instead a pretty pair of shoes or sandals will be required should we go outside for fun and games. The venue has an outside, enclosed bricked courtyard which can be secured with solid wooden lockable gates.
4. Parties are available for 6-10 years and last 90mins from start to finish including time to change to and from outfits. The party will take part in the private upstairs studio which has a separate changing room. There will be no other unauthorised persons on the premises upstairs or downstairs during the duration of the party.
5. Princesses are given their tiara's and fans to take home, so there is no need for goody bags.
6. If required, a birthday cake is to be supplied by mum with a white &/or ivory theme if possible, a cake stand will be supplied. When cut the birthday cake can be wrapped up and put in the princesses pretty lunch bags to take home (serviettes are supplied). So again, no need for goody bags!
7. The Birthday Princesses 'mum' is required to stay for the duration of the party to help out if required with dressing, crafts, food, toilet visits or any upset. Due to the nature of the venue and type of party, one other close female friend or family member, a minimum of 16 years may stay to help. Otherwise once the girls are changed into their outfits all guests mums will be required to leave... to return 10mins before the end of the party to help their daughters (should they need help) change back into their own clothes.
8. A group picture of the princesses in their outfits will be taken (with parents consent) once they are ready and looking their best. To be emailed to mum to send as she wishes to her daughters friends.
